IBS Automotive is proud to offer 30 days questionless return starting from your product receival date. We will accept your return for any reason that the product does not suit your need. (Unless HAZMAT product)

If any product is non-returnable, it will be otherwise stated in the product page or you will be contacted by a customer service representative before your order is shipped out and order can be cancelled accordingly.

Restocking fees up to 20% and non refundable original outbound shipping charge will only apply to returns in opened/damaged conditions or are not returned due to a mistake by IBS Automotive.

Detailed returning instructions and all applicable fees case by case will be sent out once a customer service representative is contacted for a return.
