Override switch allows you to manually deploy or retract your automatic steps regardless of what you do with the vehicles doors.
Steps can be deployed for washing or loading vehicle and retracted safely out of the way when off-roading
Works with AMP Research PowerStep, PowerStep XL and PowerStep XTreme electric running boards
Toggle switch can be easily installed on the dash and is wired directly to the PowerStep controller
Works only with new type controller with 8-pin & 9-pin plug; Fits all kits except 75141-01A & 75134-01A

Now you can manually control your AMP Research PowerStep, PowerStep XL or PowerStep XTreme with a temporary over-ride switch. Whether deploying them to wash, or retracting them for off-roading, the switch gives you the flexibility you want with your automatic steps.
