Sikaflex 252 is a 1-component polyurethane adhesive is suited to bonding applications in the manufacture of trucks, trailers and equipment. It's bonds floors (plywood, blandex, wood, metal) to subfloors or metallic frames, all exterior or interior panels, walls, sheets to corners or tubular frames, FRP roofs (vans, cabins), trim mouldings and all kinds of styling elements and used for sealing for large-dimension joints. Technical Data: Application temperature: 10°C to 35°C. Tack-Free Time: 40 minutes. Open Time: 35 minutes. Method of application: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil and dust. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C or above 35°C. The optimum temperature for substrate and adhesive is between 15°C and 25°C. For cartridge application, we recommend the use of a compressed air piston-type cartridge gun. To ensure uniform thickness of adhesive when compressed, we recommend that the adhesive be applied in the form of a triangular bead.
